Each new land tile bought in Earth 2 has a class asigned. Based on the class of the tile you get more or less LIT (land income tax) with class 1 being the one the pays the most LIT, followed by class 2 and 3 with lower LIT values and then class 4 and 5 with no LIT generated. Currently, all available class 1 tiles are fully sold but there are still countries with class 2 available tiles.
